FILMBASE welcomes collective research by members of the 8th Longgang District Political Consultative Conference

On July 2, a delegation from the 8th Group of the Longgang District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) visited FILMBASE to conduct the third group research activity for 2025. Vice Chairman of the District CPPCC Zhuo Weihua, Standing Committee Member of the CPPCC Lyu Xiaomei, and other leaders led the group of committee members on a field visit and research trip, engaging in in-depth discussions on the development of the new materials industry and corporate innovation practices.

CPPCC member and FILMBASE President Lalan Yuan warmly received the visiting guests and provided a comprehensive report on the company's recent development achievements and technological breakthroughs. She noted that FILMBASE has been deeply involved in the integration of new materials across three key sectors: construction, display, and energy. In the first quarter of 2025, customs export data showed a year-on-year increase of 4.98 times, with the company's products exported to 104 countries and regions worldwide, demonstrating China's ongoing international breakthroughs in high-value-added materials. Mainstream media outlets such as CCTV News and Shenzhen Satellite TV have successively reported on the company's achievements in “technology going global.” She mentioned that FILMBASE will fully leverage policy support in Shenzhen, a hub of reform, and utilize innovative mechanisms to continuously break new ground, achieving dual growth in both domestic and international markets, and driving the rapid rise of Chinese new materials brands on the global stage.

The research team visited FILMBASE and its core product experience area to experience the company's integrated innovation in the three fields of construction, display, and new energy materials. FILMBASE's independently developed products, such as interactive signature Media glass, privacy dimming partition glass, UTD high-definition display film, vacuum energy-saving glass, and power-generating glass, attracted the attention of the committee members, demonstrating their diverse application values in spatial aesthetics, smart privacy, and green energy conservation.

At the symposium, Vice Chairman Zhuo Weihua praised FILMBASE's innovative capabilities in his concluding remarks. He pointed out, “Through the conduct of multiple sector-specific activities, we have deeply realized that the work of the CPPCC must be grounded in the actual circumstances of enterprises, achieving a balance between listening and empowering.
